What are your fees?
Sanchez Law Group, P.A. charges $1,750.00 as a legal fee
for representation of a seller or buyer in connection
with the sale of a home. (In the event you only desire
for a contract to be drafted and negotiated, the charge
is $500.00).

Do
I still owe legal fees if a closing does not occur?
Yes.
Please note that not all contracts necessarily result in
a successful closing. For example, a proposed buyer with
a financing contingency may not be able to obtain the
necessary loan. Failure of one party or another to
satisfy their respective obligations under the contract
may also result in a cancellation of the transaction.
These, of course, are only examples. Since a law firm
cannot guaranty the result, our fee shall not depend on
whether or not the transaction actually closes.
